About Alisa

My approach to therapy is intrinsically tied to my own passions, curiosities and reverence for mystery. It continues to be altered and enhanced through the many generous, adverse, ordinary and exceptional experiences I navigate alone and in beloved relationship.

I’m a training candidate at the C.G Jung Institute in Zürich. I hold a masters degree in counselling psychology and art therapy, and an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of British Columbia. I have advanced training in narrative therapy, AEDP, trauma and disordered eating.

It's my belief that therapy isn't just about us; it's an act of humanity. If we move into a therapeutic relationship with courage, openness and curiosity, we can leave with greater compassion for ourselves and others, leading to a deeper understanding of our lived experiences. From this space of vulnerability, we can graciously step into the next phase of ourselves, to live our path from a place of purpose and acceptance.

I honour your courage to look within in order to step into your fullest self, it is my greatest privilege to witness.
